About Tim
Tim has been involved in the creative industries since 1986. He started his career in the marketing department at Unilever-subsidiary Brooke Bond, learning the brand management business. He moved from there into the agency world, leading a successful design business working for major clients such as Mars, Debenhams, Smirnoff and many other major household names.
From there it was a short step into the world of photography, where he now works as a freelance specialising in news and events, weddings, portraits, corporate workplace and industrial photography, the built environment and landscapes.
Tim is now based in Wiltshire and his work varies from very local to international. He has also tutored groups of secondary school pupils in photography as an after school activity.
With his experience in design, Tim is accustomed to shooting to a layout and works well with the end-user or creative agencies, as well as with individuals and families.
Tim shoots with full-frame Canon digital SLRs and handles his own retouching and post-production.
